I was recently interviewed by the lovely Sarah Kirton from Mystic Mag, a review website mainly for spiritual services, but they also interview a wide variety of complementary and allopathic (traditional health) practitioners.

MysticMag were keen to hear my story of what lay behind me setting up Shan Holistic Massage Therapy and it's roots in my Burmese heritage. 

I was also able to explain my work with chronic pain and the deep Body-Mind connection that governs this.
