different. We will plan a course of treatment that will take account of may include a combination of massage, stretching, exercises and Kinesio-taping ,
as necessary, to help you get back to full fitness and moving freely and staying free from pain.

Chronic pain (ie pain lasting for more than 3 months) can result from a medical condition. But there can also be no obvious cause, no actual tissue damage. You might have been made to feel your pain isn’t ‘real’, you just have to live with it, or that ‘it’s all in your head’!
